Costa Rica's BTC to build factor for Intel’s low-cost Classmate PC for the region

Costa Rica’s BTC Technology will be building Intel's Classmate PC for distribution to schools in Central America and the Caribbean.
BTC will assemble the units in a factory that will be located in Alajuela or San José, Costa Rica.
Formerly known as Eduwise, Classmate PC, is Intel's entry into the market for low-cost personal computers for children in the developing world.
