Costa Rica's Chinchilla promotes green-energy cars

Laura Chinchilla, the president of Costa Rica, will promote the import of green-energy cars at accessible prices.
Chinchilla will promote the idea during the United Nations Environment and Development conference, also known as the Rio +20.
In order to achieve her goal, Chinchilla will hold meetings in Brazil next week with Japanese, Korean and American business leaders and government representatives.
