Costa Rica's Chinchilla shakes up Cabinet once again

Since the start of her term, the President of Costa Rica, Laura Chinchilla, has asked 17 members of her cabinet to resign from their posts, after questioning their work.

The most recent changes were announced yesterday. Irene Campos, in charge of Housing, and Sandra Piszk, in charge of the Department of Work.

Chinchilla decided to keep René Castro, who was moved from the Foreign Ministry to being in charge of Telecommunications, Energy and Environment, after a conflict with Nicaragua became worse.
