Costa Rica’s coffee shops break with tradition by serving top quality at home

A country that grows some of the best coffee in the world ought to serve up some pretty nice brew. And yet.
Like a lot of coffee-growing countries, Costa Rica exports most of the good stuff, keeping the dregs for themselves.
But Café Britt, is well-regarded. And other coffee shops have worked to improve their flavor as well.
