Costa Rica's Fifco seeks to put more food on the menu

With only four days to go before the opening of a new brewery, and as part of a master plan for growth, Costa Rica's Florida Ice & Farm, better known as Fifco, wants its food business to achieve the similar success of its drinks division.

The aim is to market each of the food products on its own, in the same was as the company sells the 10 brands of beer that it sells.
