Costa Rica's Grupo Condal in $17 billion office tower

Costa Rica's Grupo Condal invested $17 million in the construction of an office complex in San Pedro de Montes de Oca, an area in San José.

The building, which was built over the last 10 months, is now finished and in the process of selling the office space.

The project is called Oficentro Condal San Pedro, and includes shops, restaurants, cafés and a bank branch.
