Costa Rica’s housing market revives thanks to improvement in credit facilities

Housing sales and the construction industry are picking up growth in Costa Rica after a stretch in the doldrums.
Market pointers are encouraging. During the first quarter of this year, there was a 5 percent increase in construction for housing.
In addition, banks increased their lending by 6.3 percent in January.
