Costa Rica's ICE first to launch 4G technology

Costa Rica state-owned ICE has gone a step ahead of its telecoms competitors by launching 4G cellular technology.

The company is also the first in Central America to make 4G available for customers.

However, the technology will initially be available only through datacards and for 4G-ready tablets.
