Costa Rica's ICE lights up the region

Costa Rica’s state-knowned power utility, the ICE, has launched an expansion in Central American markets.

The offensive began with a contract to supervise the construction of a hydroelectric plant in El Salvador. ICE is developing telecommunications projects in Nicaragua and also in Honduras.
