Costa Rica's ICE one step ahead of competition
Costa Rica's state-owned ICE took a step ahead of the competition by launching a test Fourth Generation, 4G service, in the capital, Costa Rican paper La República reported.

The service will initially be available with datacards, and subsequently with voice services.
