Costa Rica's Kölbi delays release of 4G

Kölbi, the telecoms arm of Costa Rica's utility ICE, has delayed its launching of 4G technology for its customers.

The company had announced the technology would be available by the end of 2014.

Launching 4G is Kölbi's strongest shot against competitors Claro, subsidiary of Millicom, and Telefónica's Movistar, who also announced their plans to roll out the technology for their customers.
