Costa Rica's Kölbi launches mobile 4G

Costa Rican state-owned utility ICE launched 4G Internet technology for its mobile subscribers, Costa Rican daily La República reported.
ICE operates in the telecoms sector through its Kölbi brand.
Some 7 percent of the firm's customers have smartphones capable of using the new technology, ICE marketing director Danny Salas said.
