Costa Rica's Kolbi stops unlimited Internet service

Customers of Kölbi, the telecoms arm of Costa Rica's state utility ICE, will no longer have access to unlimited mobile Internet access, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

The most affected customers will be those with monthly payment plans, of which ICE has 4.2 million.

The aim is to limit the monthly plan users who take advantage of unlimited access, which in turn affects prepaid cell phone users' Internet access.
