Costa Rica’s largest recycling plant, Recresco, awarded boost from the tax man

Recresco, Costa Rica’s largest recycling plant, has been declared to be of public interest -- so making it eliigble for fiscal incentives.

The company, which is British-owned, has been operating in Costa Rica for three years. Now it aims to treble its business.

The future plans of the company include reaching accords with municipal authorities.
