Costa Rica's Racsa in profit for first time in 6 years

Costa Rican Internet service provider Racsa, a subsidiary of state-owned operator ICE, has dramatically improved its financial situation in 2015.

It has swung from an operating loss of 13.19 percent of its revenue in 2014, to an operating profit of 4.5 percent of income in the past year.
