Costa Rica’s Recope seeks bids for $92 million Moin Caribbean terminal expansion

Costa Rica’s state oil refiner Recope has launched bidding to expand the Moin Caribbean terminal that will cost an estimated $92.3 million.

Offers are due March 28 and the winner will have 780 days to complete works and 200 days for adverse climatic conditions.

The project entails dredging, extending the north breakwater, building two land and two sea docks, and a loading platform.
