Costa Rica says bye to Black Friday, with month of bargains

With still a fornight to go before Black Friday, a large number of stores and small shops in Costa Rica are already offering discounts from 30 to 70 percent for a whole month.

The aims is to allow shoppers to choose calmly and without any rush, so avoiding the traditional panic buying of Black Friday.
