Costa Rica seeks World Bank financing

The Costa Rican government is in talks with the World Bank to negotiate a loan that would help it finance its spending, Costa Rican daily La República reported.
A World Bank loan, at a favourable rate would help the country save and ease local interest rates.
Costa Rica's debt is seen reaching $20 billion next year, compared with $11 billion five years ago.
