Costa Rica set to surpass export goal

Costa Rica will be able to surpass its $17 billion export goal set at the beginning of the current administration, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

The country's exports grew 1.4 percent last year, compared to 2012.

The growth came as a result of the work which the investment promotion agency, Comex, did in attracting foreign direct investment.
