Costa Rica should have duty-free zone in Liberia, says APM chief

As never before, the Costa Rican province of Limón has a major opportunity for its development.

The $1 billion investment for the container terminal being built in Moín is likely to generate a big impact in the Caribbean coast. A duty-free zone could boost real estate, investment and more jobs, says the manager of APM Terminals, which is constructing the container port.
