Costa Rica's real-estate market will receive a major boost from plans to cut red tape, according to people in the sector.
Setena, the environmental technical agency, is to be radically reorganized, with sharp reductions in approval of transactions of within six months, compared with two years at present.
President Carlos Alvarado created the reorganization in the form of a decree last week.
