Costa Rica starts port specialization project
Costa Rica's Limón mega port is the first step in a plan which aims to specialize the country's Caribbean seaports, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

The Costa Rican government has spent some half a million dollars in studies to separate and specialize its ports depending on cargo type.
