Costa Rica taxis face reality of traffic that moves with the times

Fax machines, cassette recorders and plenty of other former marvels have been consigned to the trash-can of history by the advance of the technological revolution.

Right now in Costa Rica, and in many other countries, taxis appear to be facing a similar fate as high-tech platforms face regulation, as is proposed by legislation that is currently stuck in the Legislative Assembly's pipeline, La República reports in Spanish.
