Costa Rica to analyze entering Pacific Alliance

Alexander Mora, Costa Rican Foreign Trade Minister, is in Mexico to attend the Pacific Alliance summit in order to analyze the possibility of his country entering the trade bloc, Costa Rican daily La República reported.

The Costa Rican government has been unclear about wanting to enter the alliance, whose members are Mexico, Chile, Colombia and Peru.

The country's agricultural and industrial sectors have expressed concern about entering, which is why Mora will look at the implications of becoming a full member.
