Costa Rica unveils $15 million industrial park in Tibás, north of the capital

A new industrial park is being built at Tibás to the north of San José, the Costa Rican capital. The Condal Industrial Park will have 71 warehouses and 85 spaces for containers.

Construction is about 65 percent complete, and it should be finished by the end of November.

The park will have three sizes of warehouse. Rents are expected to be $5 to $7.50 a square meter per month, depending on size.
