Costa Rica urged to help production of organics

Producers of organic fruit and vegetables in Costa Rica lack the tools that they need to meet consumer demand.

The main obstacles are a lack of training and certification.

Organic products represent about 10 percent of the fresh produce in Costa Rica's supermarkets.
