Costa Rica urgently needs urban railroad, business people say

A modern urban railroad for the San José metropolitan area would be a major improvement in the quality of life in Costa Rica's capital city, where thousands of workers spend hours of their day in public transport.

That is the view of several business chambers consulted on the proposal.
