Costa Rican $490-million road needs green light
A new road to Limón, Costa Rica, worth $490 million needs only to be approved by the country's legislators to start its construction, Costa Rican daily La República reported.
The country already has the funds secured via a $400 million Chinese credit.
The road will help cut travelling time for shipping containers and save $900,000 each day spent on closures due to weather damage.
