Costa Rican airline Nature Air plans to hire new staff to resolve safety concerns after the New Year's Eve crash that killed the Steinberg family from Scarsdale in the United States.

After Costa Rican authorities grounded the airline, Nature Air General Manager Nelson Vega recently offered new details about its effort to lift the suspension.
