Costa Rican business leaders back fast-track fiscal reform

Costa Ricans in general and the nation's private sector are divided over the importance of a bill that aims to put fiscal reform on a fast track.

Business people are willing to pay more as long as government spending is reduced on state-sector wage bills that fail to match improvements in productivity.
