Costa Rican business leaders criticize 'makeshift' fiscal reform

The fiscal reform pr:oposed by the outgoing Costa Rican administration of Luis Guillermo Solís is nothing more than a makeshift solution and they refuse to accept it.

What the business leaders want is a brake on public spending and they are lobbying to impose it.
