Costa Rican business leaders fuel expectations of change

No matter who wins the presidential election run-off in Costa Rica on April 1, business leaders have great expectations for a major change for the better in public works programs that have been snagged for years.

The teams of both Carlos Alvarado, of the ruling PAC, and Fabricio Alvarado of Restoration Nacional, have convinced the business community of their willingness to forge a new route for the nation's economy.
