Costa Rican business leaders have doubts on information security

Business leaders in Costa Rica have been asking the Central bank and Finance ministry to ensure the security of shareholders’ registers following the approval of the Law to Improve Fight Against Fiscal Fraud.

All the nation’s business organizations says they are concerned over what they regard as “ambiguities” in the legislation.
