Costa Rican businesses feel on verge of crisis

Costa Rican business leaders are worried they are on the verge of a crisis, Costa Rican newspaper La República reported.
The worry comes from the high operational costs they face.
Two projects to improve the situation, an electricity regulation revamp and and a law to slow down massive capital inflows are still on the drawing board and far from coming into effect.
