The Costa Rican presidential run-off candidates have sharply differences in trade policy.
Carlos Alvarado does not want any more free trade treaties, though he does want to seek new markets.
Fabricio Alvarado is keen to trade more free trade treaties and aims to pep up the pace of talks on the Pacific Alliance.
