Costa Rican commercial real estate continues boom

The Costa Rica commercial real estate boom in the capital, San José, continues while residential property sales are almost at record lows.

New commercial developments are opening all over San José and the Central Valley.

The newest and largest recently announced, City Mall, with 185,000 square meters for retail, dining, and family entertainment, is to open in 2014.
