Costa Rican irrigration plan spells business

The $600 million plan to provide irrigation for the Costa Rican province of Guanacaste will provide huge opportunities for construction companies, engineers and suppliers.

The only fly in the ointment could be political opposition to the key project in the plan, a dam that has been criticized by environmentalists and others.
