Costa Rican market in real estate is rebounding, says new report

Costa Rican markets for housing, office, retail space and land have all shown improvement in the first half of 2010, the real estate firm NAI said in a report.
Large and midsize projects are beginning to show signs of life, and credit is being freed up on new development projects.
The industrial market which is also in a strong recovery, the report says. Occupancy rates in warehouses, free-trade zones office space and retail property are all higher.
