Costa Rican Mega Terminal project moves forward
Costa Rica's Mega Terminal of the Atlantic project is set to move forward as the firm will begin feasibility studies next year, Costa Rican daily La República reported.
The project is headed by Amega Holdings, and comprises a dry canal that will ease cargo transport between Costa Rica's Atlantic and Pacific coasts.
Large container ships will arrive at the terminal with their cargo, which will then be moved onto smaller vessels for a more efficient distribution throughout the region.
