Costa Rican pact worries companies

A pact in Costa Rica signed by leftwing parties and trade unions has caused concern to companies that fear it will cause uncertainty among investors and create unemployment.

Some industrial chambers fear that the pact is potentially radical, though its promoters say it is moderate.
