Costa Rican plan projects new Cancun on the Caribbean

Two major projects, similar to those of Cancun and Las Vegas own Costa Rica's Caribbean coast would replace Guanacaste province as the focus of the nation's tourism industry.

The first project is Casino City Caribe, a $400 million ecotourism complex consisting of three hotels, each with a casino.
