Costa Rican politicians want to develop gas, but not oil

In the near future, Costa Rica will exploit reserves of natural gas in the Caribbean, now that the great majority of the candidates in the 2018 elections are in favor. But almost none of them wants to develop oil.

The hydrocarbon reserves in the Caribbean were invisible to old technology but now they have been revealed by the new.
