Costa Rican universities invest $200 million to update buildings and tech

Costa Rica's universities, both public and private, are investing $200 million new buildings and state-of-the-art technology.
Some $83 million of the investments will be made by the Latin American University of Science and Technology known as Ulacit, the Universidad Latina, and Texas Tech.
