Costs make Costa Rica plant move to Guatemala

Because of higher costs in terms of labor and energy, Costa Rican company Incesa Standard has moved its manufacturing to Guatemala and Nicaragua.
The change will be phased in during the year. The administrative and other offices will remain in Costa Rica.
