Criminal complaint lodged against Panama hydro plant

Two days after Panama's National Environment Authority ordered the suspension of work on the Barro Blanco hydroelectric project, a criminal complaint was filed against the projectors developers, Genisa and Hidráulica San José.

The complaint filed was for crimes against the environment.
