Dangers lurk in region’s recovery, Fund warns

Growth projections for Central America’s economies could be lower than official estimates, a new International Monetary Fund report warned.

 

The slowdown in the US economy during this , and the financial problems faced by several countries of the European Union. have had a negative impact on the region.

 

Potential problems also include high prices of commodities, oil products, food and metals, the report warned.
