Debit card use in Honduras drops

From January to September this year Honduras's bank and insurance commission registered 20.18 million debit card transactions.

The figure shows a drop compared with the 21 million transactions from the same period last year.

But the number of new debit cards issued in the nine-month period grew from 2.1 million to 2.6 million.
