Denimatrix and Intel to be awarded prizes by Clinton

US companies that operate in Guatemala and Costa Rica are among 12 that will receive the ACE prizes for corporative excellence in 2010 from the Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton.
 
The 12 ACE winners will receive a recognition as corporative citizens.
 
Denimatrix, the textile and garment manufacturer that operates in Guatemala will receive the prize for its work on reducing the environmental impact of its production processes. Semi-conductor maker Intel will receive the prize for its contribution to “revolutionize” science and technology education in Costa Rica’s public schools.
