After more than a year of renovation and new construction at a cost of some $30 million, the DoubleTree by Hilton Panama City hotel reopened its doors.
The Hilton chain said that the revamp was inspired by Panama’s good connections with the rest of Latin America, countless shopping malls, two oceans and tropical climate.
The investment in the renovation forms part of more than $700 million that Hilton has invested in Panama’s tourism.
