Doubts surge in US over Obama regional plan

Before the US Congress commits as much as a cent for the Central America security plan, doubts are beginning to emerge.

The AFL-CIO labor organization and several civil and religious groups are demanding more transparency for the $1 billion plan launched by Barack Obama.
